He's been granted an artifact representing the earth element.

Once a child soldier, X traveled was send overseas to rebuild his life in a more peaceful environment. A bit traumatized by his past, he's always silent, and sensible to stressful events. Oh, and he carries a gun around, much to Manu's dislike.
