The Black Plague

My interpretation of the 'Black Death', or the Bubonic Plague. I was originally just sketching a new picture to see if I could capture the creepy scritchy-scratchy look. Somehow, I came up with this creature, whom I've decided is my personification of the Bubonic Plague. It has a violent streak, loves to watch people slowly suffer and die under its disease, and has a fondness for rodents.

Yeah, I'm at a loss to explain much more of it. I will say, however, that he is just the kind of antagonist I need to actually start writing on the story involving the Plague Doctor and Death I mentioned some time ago when I posted their picture...so...yeah...here ya go.
