looks like Mark Crylies Miki. from Miki falls, his Manga series.

this drawing was based on myself and my own choice of clothing C: it's very plain/ common though, so maybe that why the resemblance?

I'm sorry I do not know this manga well v.v but I have recently seem some of mark crylies's work on youtube ^^ his style I don't like as much... he is much better at other than manga drawings so... but I do think he is good ^^ and just to say, miki is not the only character/girl with brown hair and skirts ^-^ I've only seen one drawing of her though, in his video

it is completely fine with me to tell me things like this ^^ but I really just also want to know what you think of my drawing, like good or bad? (I don't mind, but others might feel like you tell them they are just copying things ^^ you know? xD)

no but like the hair eyes and figure positions are almost the same thing as many of his books. but the eye color is different thats all i have to say. i know im not giving much detail. only because you would atleast have to see and read on of the books.

this sort of thing is a little hard on me v.v because I've made this drawing long before I learned of his work (I live in europe and I don't think they sell it here.. or do they? maybe I should find out C:), and yet I have no way to prove this to you..
