Chapter 1 - DP
Pain, decay,
And dead passion.
Like a whithered rose,
Lost devotion leads to sorrow...
I try my best
To make you happy,
To see a smile
Cross your face.
But it never works,
So I give up.
Why should I try
To make you smile
When you don't care
If I frown.
And now I've decided that
I don't like that
Toothy grin anyway.
So go ahead,
Frown all you want.
I just thought
You might care
To smile
Once in a while...
