| MISC: a new day a new Pic! The rules are Simple: 1. the Character has to BE a Male! 2. Needs to have technological know how about Weapons, Lochogs, Geobots, and has to have War or weapon expirience 3. Needs to be Registerd in the COG (Coalition of Ordered Governments) better Known as the Gears of War 4. Needs to have a relationship with Shadow (Brother, Sister, Cousin, Uncle, aunt...) 5. has to have a family Name, and a ranking (ranking allowed: colonel, Lieutenant, commander, private, Brigader, Grenadier) so, those are the rules.
