Ah, the Anime Marathon. For almost six years Suzi and I have watched anime together. Princess Mononoke was the first movie we saw together. After the first couple of years we were joined by Ingrid, and then David. The tradition expanded from movies to box-set marathons: Love Hina, Elfen Lied, School Rumble, Excel Saga. Tomorrow night our traditional Anime Marathon will expand its following to include my sweetheart Cat, Suzi's sweetheart Lach, Jason, and an unknown quantity of others.
24 hours of eating, drinking, very little sleeping and watching Death Note. I am so excited! There are only 21 hours to go until it starts. |
