Zelda's POV




After I went outside to see whats going on, there were firenation soldiers invading this village. The men were trying to fight back while women were trying to protect their kids. Then I spotted a fireblast coming right towards me and i heard an unfamiliar voice. "LOOK OUT",said an unfamiliar voice. I looked at the direction to where that voice is coming from and it was Avatar Aang. He blocked that fireblast with his staff and yelled,"Zelda RUN! Someones' after you and your brother"! "Do you know who my father is anyway",I replied. Aang said,"Yes I do. NOW GO BEFORE HE CAPTURES YOU"! Then I ran out of this village and ended up in the mountain region. While I was running, I ran into a group of firebenders, and one of them was going to blast me with fire out of his fist! When I was about to get hit by a fireblast, a warrior whacked the whole group of firebenders with his boomerang! It was Seto's father, Sokka! Sokka yelled,"I'll hold them off as long as I can! NOW GO"! So I started running again! By the time night comes, I decided to walk for the night. I grew tired so I fell asleep by a couple of boulders.
I woke up a dawn and decided to walk around to see if I could find any food. I didn't see a plants anywhere so I decided to just keep walking until I get out of this mountain region. While I was walking, I heard a growl coming from something in front of me, and I saw that it was a Sabor-toothed-moose-lion. Right when it was about ready to charge, I held up my arms in the air just to protect my head, and I felt heat rushing through my body! I thought I was hot in my clothes but I wasn't. Then fire appeared out my hand, I noticed that so I wave the flame at the Sabor-toothed-moose-lion, and it ran away. I was looking at the flame for the moment and thought 'Why didn't Mom tell me that I inherited firebending'. I've been walking all day, my mouth was dry, and my stomach was growling because I haven't eaten for a while. By night fall, I fell asleep on he smooth side of the mountain. I woke up when I heard marching and saw that it was a firebender. When I got up, the firebender spotted me and chased after me! He even threw a rock that was about the size of my head right at me. Before the rock hit me it was blocked by someone. Someone other than my brother, TJ. TJ blocked that rock that was coming right towards me with his 2 swords. TJ asked,"Hey Zelda, were you looking for our father? Just curious because i was looking for him too"! I nodded. When the firebender called for backup, TJ and I ran away til nightfall. At sunset, I was tired and decided to take a rest. TJ handed me a bag of nuts and a bag full of water. TJ said,"Wow you must be hungry and thirsty so I decided to pack up some food and water for our journey". I ate some of the nuts from the bag and drank some of the water. I grew tired so I fell asleep on solid ground. TJ said,"We'll be here for awhile. We just had to be patient til we find out who our father is so I did grab something before I left home. Leaving home made me realize that being on your own isn't always the best path. So were going to have to get through this together as a brother/sister in order to look for our father because i believed that he is still out there somewhere. Get some rest, we'll talk in the morning". Then he fell asleep. (A/N: Keep reading and you'll find out where TJ and Zelda were going to go in the next chapter.)
