"Hey guys! What's all the hubub?"Aqua asked, running up to the girls with Haruka and Michiru following close behind. For once they didn't have something to do and could come to school. "There's a new boy in school and he is H-O-T HOT!"Minako cried, hearts appearing in her eyes. "Oh, well if you don't mind I'm going to the arboretum to get some peace."Aqua said, pulling her flute out of her schoolbag and starting towards the door.
Since half the school was on an all day class trip the rest of the school was free to do whatever they wanted as long as they didn't leave the grounds. "What's with her?"Usagi asked, looking at her cousin's back with concern. "It's a mix of she's worrying about Naoko and she's thinking about Elyion again."Michiru replied, also looking at Aqua's back with concern. Once Aqua got to the arboretum she climbed up into the school's only Sakura tree and started playing her favorite song past Children Of The Night: Never Underestimate A Girl by Vanessa Hudgens.
But what she didn't notice was a blonde-haired blue eyed boy walk up to the tree and start listening. When she was done he started clapping. "That was brilliant!"He said. "Arigato!"Aqua replied, sliding down and landing gracfully on her feet.
"I'm Toshi Damian."He said, holding out his hand. "Kurosaki Aqua."Aqua replied, taking his hand. But they suddenly felt a spark that was very strange eminate through their bodies. "What's this feeling? I only had this feeling with Elyion-sama!"Aqua thought.
"This feeling, she may be the princess I've been searching for Princess Selena!"Damian thought, remembering the dreams he had been having since childhood. "Well, would you like to take a walk to get to know each other better?"Damian asked, holding out his arm for her to take. "Of course!"Aqua replied happily, taking his arm. After a five minute walk they found they had everything in common: They both loved art, they both played instruments, both their favorite flowers were Sakura blossoms, and they loved Rock music.
Then, the principle came over the intercome with an announcment: "Attention students, as a surprise for all of you we are releasing school at two p.m. so enjoy the last few minutes of school!" "Hey Aqua, would you like to explore the town after school? Say two fourty-five?"Damian asked. "Sure Damian! Here's my address!"Aqua replied, pulling out a small peice of paper and writing down the address then handing it to him. "Ok, see you then!"Damian said, waving and running off.
But she didn't notice eight girls hiding behind a bush that had been watching the two of them the whole time. "They look so perfect together! Great plan Minako-chan!"Makoto said. "Well, I am the daughter of the Goddess of Love what could you expect from me?"Minako replied. Suddenly, Aqua started walking over to the bush.
"Everyone down!"Michiru and Haruka cried, pushing them down below the bush. "Come out guys, I know your down there."Aqua said, leaning against the tree that was next to the bush. "No we are not!"Usagi cried, standing up. "USAGI!"They all cried, glaring at her.
"Well, which one was it that sent Damian over to listen to me?"Aqua asked, looking at each of them in turn but her gaze always returning to Minako. "Minako."They all said, pointing to her. "Some friends you are!"Minako cried, sticking her tounge out at each of them. "Minako, were in our last year of high school can't you start at least TRYING to act more mature?"Usagi asked causing everyone to turn and look at her with shock.
"What? I have my future to think about! The battle with Galaxia changed me you guys, haven't you at least figured that's why my grades have been going up this last year?"Usagi said, dusting off her sleeve. "Well, we noticed your grades have improved and were proud of you but we never thought we'd here those words escape your lips. At least not until Crystal Tokyo that is, not even then all the time!"Rei said. "But even so, was it you or not Minako-chan?"Aqua asked, changing the subject before Rei and Usagi could start a tounge lashing. "Yes it was, but what can you expect? My mother on Venus was Aphordite for crying out loud it's in my nature!"Minako said, standing up proudly.
"Well, I'm glad you did because I got a date with him in: HALF AN HOUR?!"Aqua replied, then suddenly panicking checking her wristwatch. "Well then, onto my closet!"Minako cried, grabbing them all and dragging them against their wills to her apartment so she could pick out an outfit for Aqua.
