Well, everyone loved their gifts: Aqua got everyone a bracelet with their sign ingraved in it and if they were in trouble just press the sign and one of the others would come to the rescue. Damian got them all a necklace with their sign on it but Aqua's was special: It had her sign in the center with all the girls signs surrounding it as if they were protecting her. And the others gave them various things: Clothes, shoes, books, jewlery, and a bunch of other stuff. They were leaving the next day to start the journey back to school and since the others were driving them it would take a day and they would be their by New Year's Eve. Aqua was in her room packing her stuff talknig with Kit. "Kit-chan, if Megumi came back in that world, do you think she could come back again?"Aqua asked.
"Its possible, but I wouldn't dwell on it much princess. For now let's just worry about getting you through the last three years of your college education."Kit replied, picking up one of Aqua's shirts and laying it in her bag. After they finished pcking it was late so they decided to get ready for bed. Once Kit was asleep Aqua walked out to the balcony and leaned over it looking at the ocean and the night sky. Then, a shooting star shot across the sky.
She closed her eyes and made her wish, "I wish that the girls and myself will make it through the next three years together and that we'll make it to Crystal Tokyo beating any challenges that come our way." Then, she layed back down and went to sleep. What she didn't know was that Kit was awake and had been listening. "That wish will come true my princess, sweet dreams."Kit said.
When Aqua fell asleep she was once again in her princess attire and her mother was once again standing before her. "Ookasan!"Aqua said, rushing into her arms. "I watched your battle Aqua, you made me and Setsuna very proud."Selena said, smiling at her daughter with pride and respect. "Arigato Ookasan."Aqua replied.
"Well, I came to tell you all your memories have been restored and that I no longer need to come visit you in your dreams. But I promise you that if you truly need or want me I'll always come running."Selena said. "Ok Ookasan, goodbye I'll miss you."Aqua replied, hugging her one last time. "I shall miss you too Aqua, goodbye."Selena replied. And with that she woke up.
"Well Kit, let's go."Aqua said, getting dressed. And with that they walked out the door. The few days before the new year went by smoothly until midnight came and they celebrated: They had made it through the first year and they were all confident that they would make it through the rest together.
