Korono stepped out the tall apartment building and walked into the street. The streets were empty and there was a strange atmosphere lingering in the air.

???: GRAWHHHH!!

The creature that had ventured into his apartment three days before, was now in the air, spiraling down aiming for where he now stood.

Korono: leave me alone!

Korono leaped aside and the creature slammed into the ground. A huge crater was imprinted into the sidewalk where it stood.

Korono: What do you want from me?

The creature lunged at Korono, and once again, he dodged. It fell onto the floor and it's anger went off the charts.

Creature: RAWR!!!!!

Korono decided to fight back now. They both charged at each other with amazing speed. As they met halfway, the monster swung a punch at Korono's face. He ducked and sent a lightning fast punch into it's stomach. It was lifted from the ground for a second, and Korono could hear the air escaping from it's mouth.

Creature: RAWR!!!

The monster instinctively sent its huge fist into Korono's chest, and he went flying. He landed on the cement sidewalk with a thud. His vision blurred, and he saw the monster coming towards him again to finish him off. It ran up to him and jumped into the air with it's muscular legs.

THUD!

A medium sized sword smashed into it's flank, and it was sent flying away from Korono's body. A white and red flash leaped with eye blurring speed and smacked into the monster in mid air. In one hand, a sword was created instantly, and he brought it crashing down into it's heart. And all this happened before they even hit the floor. But, then the figures became cloudy and Korono slipped into unconsciousness.
