Hazard and Hydro's swords clanged together and a huge shock wave expanded around them. They leaped back and struck again. This time Hazard and Hydro held their swords against each other, but that was what Hazard wanted. He struck with his free sword and Hydro took a huge leap back.

Hydro: That one almost hit me...

Hazard: I am supposed to be hitting you, right? Considering this is a battle and all....

Hydro: I hate sarcasm.

Hydro had a change in fighting style and suddenly, he seemed to take Hazard seriously. He was in front of Hazard with eye blurring speed and kept leaping back and striking with immense strength. But his speed was still slower than Hazard's.

Hazard: Hmmm... You are still pretty slow.

Hydro sent a crashing tsunami at Hazard with a wave of his hand, and it didn't seem it could be avoided. Or so, Hydro thought. He easily avoided the amazingly wide wave with his speed.

Hydro: You're the first person who has avoided that.

Hazard: This is kinda pathetic. I haven't even began to even put effort into my movements.

Hydro's anger seemed to invoke something inside him that made him stronger. A chilling, invisible aura of power crept along his body.

Hazard: Interesting.

Hazard knew this would increase his power as it did when he went into his super form. But all of this power came at the cost of energy afterwards. This is why he hadn't gone super already.

Clang!

Hazard parried Hydro's lightning fast attack. It nearly knocked him off his feet. And then, Hydro was behind Hazard. He sent another attack at him, and he barely blocked the attack.

Hazard found it was time to try harder, but not yet go into super form. He super charged his swords, and electricity and fire enveloped them. And he went on the attack. He flew at Hydro with amazing speed and slashed with his sword. Hydro evaded the attack and countered it with another blow.
Hazard ducked and kicked out at Hydro. He evaded once more and smiled.

Hydro: You cant beat me.

Hazard: We'll see about that.

Hazard's whole body was enveloped in an intense heat and electricity crackled around him. The ground underneath him was weathered away.

Hazard: Now see what you have done. You pushed me into doing this.

Hydro instantly struck at Hazard with his sword, but this time, Hazard was gone. Hydro looked behind himself. Hazard stood. Hazard ran at Hydro with blinding speed and held his sword out in front of him. Hydro barely dodged the attack this time. Hazard held out his free sword where he predicted Hydro would be. Amazingly, he actually stabbed Hydro. He was electrocuted and burned at the same time and the arm he was struck in was rendered paralyzed.

Hydro: OOOHH (Censored)

Hazard leaped back and concentrated hard on his next attack.

Hazard: This should end it...

He took in a deep breath and waved both of his arms in an arc around Hydro's recovering body.

Hazard: Chaos INFERNO!!

Everything in front of him was engulfed in flame. Yet, the aura of intense cold around Hydro kept him alive.

Hazard threw his two long swords, lightning bolts and barrage of chaos spears into the inferno. All of this, and a second hadn't even passed yet.

There was no way he could survive that.

Hazard: You can't escape it.

The attacks collided with one another inside the flame and literally exploded. Hydro gave an earsplitting yell which assured Hazard that it hit.
The fire died away and nothing remained. Not a corpse. Not any ice. Nothing.

Hazard sat down on the ice, exhausted.
