A few minutes had passed and Tala was sitting there, still listening to her Ipod. There sat an awkward silence in the air.

Korono: Soooo.... Tala, how did you get here?

Tala: I was kidnapped by a few oza because they believed something i had posessed something the thing they were looking for. After they discovered I didn't have it, they just threw me into the streets. But I see your the one who truly has it.

Korono: Yea.

Kaota: How long have you been here?

Tala: Only a few hours.

Korono: Would you like to come with us to go..... Where are we going again Kaota?

Kaota: To the queen oza's castle.

Tala: I have nothing better to do... so I guess so...


They all stood up and checked to make sure Ralo wasn't still there. They walked out of the alley way and left the city.


They entered another reddish desert and within about a half an hour, they could see the castle in the distance. But Kaota could see farther and an oza was searching for them, he inferred. He relayed this information to Korono and Tala as they got closer.

The oza saw them and darted over.

Korono: ummm... who are you?

???: General Daos. Would you be kind enough to hand over that necklace of yours?

Korono: How bout........ no.

Daos: Are you sure you would want to do that?

Korono: Yeah.

Daos unsheathed a sword he had clipped to a belt on his waist. Tala and Kaota looked at each other.

Korono: What are you planning to do with that sword of yours?

Daos: Take that necklace by force.

Korono unstrapped his sword.

Daos wasn't an idiot. He knew that either a truly talented swordsman, or a complete idiot would be this confident. Daos signaled behind him and three other oza flew over to his side.
Tala whipped out a wand, and Kaota took out his sword.

Korono: That isn't fair.

A wave of sound exploded from Tala's wand. One of the oza was hit and got knocked out.

Kaota: 0_0

Korono: 0_0

Korono: How come you didn't tell us you could do that?! We could have just knocked out that Daos guy before he called over his little buddies!

Tala: What fun would that be?
