...crows circled around their heads cawing loudly, and pecking at Fluffy. Fluffy scurried into Xaviera’s pocket.
“OI!!! LEAVE US AND FLUFFY ALONE YOU STUPID CROWS!!!” Xaviera shouted angrily.
They ran as fast as they could until they reached a raging river.
“Wait… oh no! We have reached the first challenge!!! The Raging River, the water rushes so fast, and with so much force that we cannot cross it, also it is too wide! What shall we do?” Alexandra asked desperatley.
“I told you I know this jungle like the back of my hand, follow me,” Xaviera replied.
So Alexandra followed her up a tree and by swinging on some strong and sturdy vines, they passed the first challenge. It was not as easy as it looked, the vines were slippery because of fungus and also a few of the “vines” were venemous snakes.
Puffing and panting the girls sat down at the other side of the river catching their breath. After a few minutes they set off again. Not long after the sun began to set and they all set up a tent, then Xaviera collected twigs and sticks for the fire. After a hearty dinner of toasted marshmallows and chicken from Alexandra’s pack they soon fell fast asleep in the tent.
Late at night when they were all asleep, fairies came out of hiding dancing and making music, having a party. They were all beautifully dressed but the most beautiul of all was Princess Amira. There she sat, in the throne, a face as delicate as a feather, Prince Gallord had his eye on her and was planning to propose to her that very night. But the princess did not love him, he was stuck up, mean, and overly selfish. Amira loved a boy fairie who was not royal, his name was Pip.
