If her parents did not approve, (which there was a 99% chance that they would not) then she and Pip would run away together and get married.
Amira sat on the throne silently, staring at Pip. “Listen up everybody there is an announcement that Prince Gallord would like to make,” the queen shouted.
The crowd of fairies sat and quietened. “Oh my beautiful and delicate Amira, will you take my hand in marriage?” the young prince asked.
There was silence. Everyone was staring at Amira.
“No I will not, for I have no love for you, I am deeply in love with Pip not you,” Amira replied coldly.
The crowd gasped. “But Honey-bun…” Prince Gallord persisted.
“I AM NOT YOUR HONEY-BUN!!!” Amira exclaimed.
The crowd of fairies whispered and looked shocked. Pip slowly walked up to Amira. “ Will you take my hand in marriage oh royal one?” he asked hopefully.
“Yes I will gladly,” she answered.
Pip slipped an engagement ring onto her finger. The party started up again and all the other fairies went back to dancing.
Alexandra woke up with a jolt, she seemed to be moving. She scanned her surroundings, she was on a cart! “Finally you’re awake!” Xaviera said stopping the cart. “You slept through the whole day. Now we’re travelling through the forest towards the next challenge.”
