Omina came back at korono. She slashed upwards with her sword and korono easily stopped her with his own sword. He kicked her in the stomach and she shot backward, coughing blood. Korono followed and sent her flying faster and farther with another kick in the stomach. Omina broke through the wall and fell off the side of the tall castle. Fortunately for her, she opened her wings and glided in the air, bleeding and breathing hard. Korono leaped from the broken wall and sliced at Omina. She left herself wide open and he was sure this wouldd kill her. He put all of his power into the final shot and CLANG! A strange aura blocked the hit and left her unharmed. Then, it spread out all along her body like a white colored flame. korono stood in midair, flying.
I can fly too? I love this transformation. Korono thought to himself.

Omina grew stronger. Now she could put up a better fight against Korono. She held her arm up and a white beam shot out at korono. Korono did the same, except the beam he shot was jet black. The attacks collided and exploded sending them both back a little bit. Korono flew at Omina and sent a bombardment of relentless attacks at her. She always blocked them or dodged them and shot her arms out trying to use the same technique that caused korono's paralysis. But it didn't work, and now neither of them were getting hit by each other's attacks and it was getting tiring with every attack. korono needed to find a weakness, or another one of his strengths. Then he remembered the fact that he could control lava and earth.

He flew back and made a raising motion with his arm. Lava erupted from the ground and Omina sliced through the lava, parting it in half and avoiding being hit.

Omina: That wont work on me. Neither will your element of earth.

How did she know about that?

Korono searched frantically for another way to defeat her and remembered. The sword. Every time it got near him, he was faster and stronger. But how do I get it? he thought to his self.

Korono leaped in front of omina sending another slash at her. As Korono expected, she blocked with her sword and their blades locked together. Korono leaned closer towards Omina's blade and then he felt stronger. He grabbed the sword and pulled it from her grasp with ease. Now omina was done for.

Korono searched deep down to find the instinct that took over and killed daos without realizing it.

The golden blade sliced into Omina and emerged through her back. But she was still alive.

Omina: You......

The killing instinct took over again and Korono thrust his remaining sword into Omina's heart, and her breathing ceased, and her body grew limp. She plunged to the ground. Although the battle was over, he still had this killing instinct and split the earth open and Omina fell through. The ground closed and Omina's carcass was crushed.
I didn't mean to do all that....... He thought inwardly and flew back to the castle, where his friends were.
