Hazard trudged through deep snow, freezing cold and bored. He was in a large clearing packed with snow and a howling blizzard. It was empty and quiet.
CLANG! A shower of sparks came down as a long haired anthropomorphic gray wolf tried to hit hazard with his katana. He was so fast and quiet that hazard hadn't noticed he was behind him and he let it sneak up on him. Yet, Hazard was still too fast and his reactions were way too sharp.

Like everyone else, he kept up his training and improvement since the fight with the oza queen omina. Like Korono, Hazard could also force his body into a stronger form for strength whenever he needed it and he also learned a few new forms of sword fighting.

Hazard and the wolf kept their swords locked together and the wolf kept really strong pressure on his small katanas. Hazard stepped sideways and the wolf fell forward. Just as it was about to hit the snow, hazard shot a flaming fist into his stomach. The wolf grunted and it fell back into the snow. Its stomach was seriously burned and he squirmed in pain. Hazard saw no reason in killing it so he simply broke his arms and legs, and knocked him out onto the floor. Even if he recovered, hazard could easily beat him without even being touched.

A large shadow loomed over Hazard and the snow covered clearing. Hazard slowly turned around. A monster the size of a small skyscraper peered at him. Horns intertwined in an intricate weave atop its head and he had thick brown fur. Whenever he opened his mouth, he revealed a set of sharp fangs and a sharp red tongue. The monster stated his name was zaelos in a deep bass voice.

Zaelos: Why are your allies taking out my comrades?

Hazard: We heard that you guys were doing some bad things. We have to put a stop to your pointless killing.

Zaelos: Very well but I cannot let you defeat me until I serve my purpose.

Zaelos lunged at hazard with his teeth bared. Hazard easily dodged the attack and pulled out his sword again. As Zaelos hit the ground, the earth shook and Hazard nearly fell. Zaelos pulled a sword from his back and held it up in an offensive position. Zaelos lunged at hazard once again but was stopped in his tracks as their swords clanged together. He glanced at hazard and he was devoured in a fiery explosion. As the smoke and flame cleared away, Hazard had an aura of hot fire engulfed around him. Their swords still remained locked together and Hazard's sword started to glow red, then yellow with his heat. Hazard threw his weight into a sword swipe, trying to break free of Zaelos's sword. His sword went flying away somewhere far away and Zaelos jumped back. As he did this he shot a black dart at Hazard's arm. Normally, Hazard would have dodged it, but it was way to fast. As it pierced his skin, he was knocked off of his feet and lay down on the snow. The snow melted away as hazard fell on it and steam arose from the water the snow created with hazard's constant fire. The black dart was lodged really deep in his arm and he could barely hold his sword anymore. He slipped into unconsciousness and remained on the floor.

Zaelos: Don't be disappointed with yourself, you were defeated by the leader of these creatures wreaking havoc upon this world.

And that was the last words he heard. At least he put up a good fight against the leader of these savage monsters.

Zaelos stepped into a black portal and disappeared.
