background: At the age of four months, she lost her father to war with Leaf village. At the age of sixteen months, she lost her mother who was murdered by a fellow Sand-villager. She grew up alone but around lots of friends, to the age of thirteen when she purposely killed a fellow Chunin who was making fun of her, and she was banished from the land. She is slightly mad, yet fun-loving, but she questions a lot, like a five-year-old, which is slightly irritable. She met Deidara three months after being banished and became an Akatsuki tag-along; she became quite loyal to them because they gave her shelter and food, but she left when she turned fourteen because she had a growing phobia of seeing people die. She set out alone [and met her best friend homer, they did everything together for a time, but homer said she had to go her own way for now] from then on till now.

~Crystal Ice Blades: Arms are turned into two giant blades of ice. Very sharp, can injure enemy very badly.
~Dragon Possession (kekei genkai): Exodus fuses with my body. I am able to control his power, but was only possible through endless training.
~1,000 Blazing Kunai: One kunai becomes 1,000. All on fire.
~Super Sprint- Blades of Fire: Two giant blades come out of wrists. Both on fire. Does not cause any damage to body.
~electric Senbon: 3 senbon turn into many. All are surrounded by electricity.

clothes: Long, black dress with a tight red shirt that has sleeves about as long as a T-shirt, red gloves, dark blue pants at go a little past her knees, and black and red boots. Sometimes she wears a blue and black dress with black pants, a tight black shirt, and no gloves. But it's rare.

special abilities (kekki genkai): Water jutsu that she creates. Ex. Water serpant, water chains.

appearance (any special features): Black eyes, pale skin. Long limbed and rather generously endowed (she hates that). Pretty tall for her age as well.
clothes: Black one-piece fabric outfit underneath khaki shorts and small khaki vest. Headband on head.
other (jewelry/tatoos): Tatoo on her back that doubles as her seal with her wolf. Takes up entire back: an orange 8-pointed star with a blue 5-pointed star in the middle
jutsu: Mostly nin-jutsu and a small amount of gen-jutsu. Next to no Tai-Jutsu
special abilities (kekki genkai): Sealed with a white albino wolf named Balki. She can communciate with him mentally.
attacks: Um, fire type-nin-jutsu for the most part. Some Chakra Heavy Tai-Jutsu/Nin-jutsu combos
flaws: Very self-consious and never believes she is good enough. Also very, very bad at Tai-Jutsu unless she uses chakra with it.
background: Lived with her clan until she was four and a rabis epidemic struck. She was made leader of the clan because her uncle died and her father was blind. She left for Konoha by herself to learn to be a ninja so she could defend her clan better. Kakashi took care of her until she was roughly...8 or 9, maybe. She was/isn't allowed to have her own team.
