Forest: I tought myself, I guess.

Marina: Would you to help us get rid of the creatures from this city?

Forest: Sure!

Marina: Okay, we'll split up. Abyss, you go east, Forest, you go west, and I'll go north. When you defeat any monsters in your vacinity, you go south.

Abyss: Alright let's go!!

Abyss was about to start running, then he stopped and turned around.

Abyss: Where's east?

Marina pointed eastward.

Abyss: alright, bye!

Abyss dashed off, his legs blurred as he ran his full speed. Forest ran off to the west and Marina went north.

Abyss already heard roaring and screams of human citizens. It seemed to be coming from above but he couldn't see anything. He felt a gust of air as an enormous raven shot down, beak first, at Abyss. He whpped his sword out and blocked the attack. It screeched and flew up into the blackness of the sky again. Then, the raven came up on his blind side and swiped his beak at abyss, and he flew and smashed into a building. It crumbled on top of him, and he managed to get up. The raven swooped down and made a huge gust of wind, shooting him back into a black alley.

He felt a cold hand grab him and give him a bear hug. The invisble bird flew down and aimed his beak at abyss's chest. Abyss backflipped and the hands let go. He was behind whatever grabbed him and he kicked it into the raven's beak. The bird dipped its beak down and flicked it up once it was under the thing in front of him, and it flew through the air, and landed on the raven's back. Now he could see it fully and it didn't look too good. It seemed to look a lot like modern day zombies except, it had razor sharp teeth, it had large arms, and it was eight feet tall. And now it was paired with that raven he had trouble seeing in the blackness of night.

The zombie creature and the raven flew farther off and he ran out of the dark alley. Now he was out in the open and was more vulnerable. Which was even worse for him, considering how elusive that raven was.

SQUAK!!

Abyss turned around. The zombie and the raven where right behind him and he held up his sword in an effort to block whatever was about to happen. The zombie rocketed it's fist in an uppercut and punched the sword's blade. But it still didn't matter because Abyss still flew high up into the air.

Higher, higher, he shot up. The raven zoomed up under him and tried to impale him with it's beak, but abyss held up his sword again and blocked the attack. But he sailed up higher in the air. So high, if he hit the ground, he would be killed.

The raven landed and sat on the roof of a building far below him. They were gonna watch him fall to his doom.

I wish I could fly.....

He began his descent into the ground and he came down fast.

He willed himself to fly, maybe he could fly also. He was about twenty feet from the ground now and he was not stopping.

He tried even harder and willed himself to fly and...... he did.

He rocketed upwards, away from the ground and at the raven and the zombie high up on the building. The raven stepped off and soared away from the building, down towards Abyss. They were going to collide. Until, Abyss overshot the raven just barely and held out his sword. He just barely went over the raven and impaled the zombie in the chest, and off of the raven's back. Abyss freed the zombie from his sword and it came crashing down towards the ground.

Abyss: Now you know how it feels!

Just moments from hitting the ground, it died from massive blood loss and disappeared. Abyss turned towards the raven and divebombed it. As he came down, he became engulfed in a large fire and came down even faster. The raven didn't have time to even notice that abyss was rapidly descending and already had his sword in its back.

EEEECKKKKKKKK!!

It disappeared right then and the battle was over. He landed on the ground and people crowded around him in amazement.
