This is Fiver from Watership Down, and just in case any one doesn't speak rabbit, the title means "The Song of Fiver". I know, I know, I shouldn't have rated it PG, but the poem is a bit morbid. I hope you like it. *Smiles nervously*
The poem itself sends a chill down the spine. And it fits very well with what I have seen and read of Watership Down. (The pic also has a sort of 'dreamlike quality' which adds to the poem's effect). Great job!
Great pic! I found the scene where Fiver sees the blood on the field so disturbing when I was young. The poem’s great, captures the mood nicely… Good work.
I know the name is Lapine. And what are you speaking, gibberish? Es lay? Vraha ma? Don't tell me someone's been adding to the words of Lapine. That's totally wrong! It's gotta be completely Richard Adams' invention or nothing for me. I know it's limited, but it's the original language.
