Because we all know that Gollum was really just invented as a cover-up. Honestly. He was. It's much easier to point fingers and blame the poor bugger rather than explain this.



This was "inspired" while re-reading Europanya's "Claiming of the Ring" while listening to a certain soundtrack. Apparently not a good idea.



I was going to have Foaming-at-the-mouth!Frodo, but then I decided that Brained!Frodo was just far better.
