	I had taped a friend practicing his martial arts and found that he made a really good pose at a certain frame, so I drew it on the black board in the room while the practice was still going on.

this is great,my best friend also does martial arts and some of her forms look pretty incredible,your idea on a blackboard though is sweeeet! ;)
