ya know.....this is almost like an adolesent of the "chu" family, if you will. Because Pi-chu looks so much like a child and Pikachu looks like an adult....with an older version of it as Raichu (can't spell) Being more middle aged....or it is just pikachu drunk and feeling good, lol.
