Hes an anime character and they usually do have small noses and large hairdoes! He looks so cute, and congrats on pic of the hour! ^^

The hair's set a bit too high and the nose is too small, but I adore the shading (never could shade with colored pencils, myself), and the hair looks so painstaking. Have a taco. (gives artist a taco. Wanders off)

The way you have done the hair is absolutly fabulous, the eyes look a bit wired. Maybe because their a bit to set far apart. Never heard of the anime, but he looks like a Bishi ^-* If somewhat a little scary ?-?
