A couple of things that need work are the hands, the skin tone, and the shading. But other then that it's pretty good. The expression is really cute and the stripes are so cool. Don't let people bug you about the style you use. It's wicked Kawaii!!!

oh gosh i hate that book. the eyes are to big and the noses are to small. not much detail. coloring is...nice thow. the worst drawing manga book thow. you should try "how to draw anime and manga for beginners." instead.^^
