	I really really love this picture I used appleworks in school to do it..(really crappy program) it was an art assignment The guy in the pic is River Phoenix, a late actor who died in Johnny Depp's club Viper Room because of a drug overdose... on halloween night in 1993. So sad.. i loved his movies (Stand by Me, etc)... R.I.P

Yes, as many have said, it was a tradegy. The picture is wonderful, a great way to remember. I love the crosshatching, and the coloring and design on the pheonix. The contrast between the two is wonderful. :)

Oh wow, this is awesome! Nice usage of line strokes for shadowing; I realy like the poenix too, and the way its made of smoke from the cigarette. The wings and the tail are really beautifully done~

Hey! I love River Phoenix, (and he does look cute hugging Keanu Reeves...) and the picture as well! I just read that he was going to play Daniel Molloy in Interview with the Vampire, which only made me love him even more than before! Whatever... the picture is awesome, River *grin*
