This was for my friend Amey, who is currently on tour with MCR. Pete hangs with her almost all the time, and she calls him her "Peter Panda" (like from the movie The Pacifier). Inspired, I doodled this little piccie of our own Pete Wentz, as a chibi, dressed (and with makeup on) as a panda. I didn't do the pink in his hair, however, mainly because I had limited references (and I wasn't sure of the most recent picture of him).
I first sketched out the drawing, darkened the regular lines, then traced in using a makeshift "lightbox" -- me holding a sheet of glass in front of a lamp, the original drawing with a sheet of paper taped onto it. I then traced the lines, fixed what I didn't like, and voila! Piitaa no Panda! (Which, if my Japanese is correct, is literally "Peter Panda" ... if someone knows Japanese, am I right? X3)
(EDIT: Umm, that stuff about Amey, it isn't true. The real Amey recently got back from Canada to find her friend had been posing as her and telling everyone she was touring with MCR. So, just telling you that. But Peter Panda is still cute. X3)
