OK. Today, I'll be giving out some constructive criticism. Please, don't take it as a flame. I only wanna help.

First of all, her waist seems to be too wide. Maybe it's because of the clothes, but then again, maybe not. I suggest you study those "How to Draw" books.
Secondly, her arms look weird. One looks too skinny, almost like a bone. The right hand is also odd-where's the thumb? The other one looks normal, but it seems to be bending weirdly.
Then, there's the...um...chest area. Her...um...you-know-whats(her breasts) seem to be too long. There's also the lack of a collarbone, and the length of the legs-they're too short.
Otherwise, this is a good pic. I like the folds in the clothes and the pillow, as well as her expresion. However, I think you need to practice your anatomy some more.
