	The Winter Dragon is all cute an chibish. Normally his neck and face are both quite long and serpent-like but i shortened both for this picture, cause chibis are supposed to be all cute and stubbl looking. :D

Hmm... taking a shortcut on the scales, eh? (On close inspection, the pattern looks more net-like than scale-like) But what the hey... you remember what I said about the last time you did a chibi dragon... those words still apply here. ;)
