Yeah, that was the episode when the parade is coming up, and Peter's idea for the theme gets chosen through a pigeon being shot. xD

The theme was 'that episode of Who's The Boss' where Tony sees Angela in the shower', or something along those lines.

I remember that screencap. It was when they were constructing Angela, and Quagmire did this line;

"In the 80s I was always in bed by 8...and home by 11-OH!"

I don't know how I can retain this kind of information, yet not be able to manage dividing a fraction.
