true, but since Disney owns the rights to it, they own the rights to all the original characters in it. And can sell thing with Jessica on it, such as pins,t-shirts, notebooks, even costumes.Especially at Disneyland.

Trivia: Jessica Rabbit isn't a Disney character in the traditional sense... she was designed specifically for the movie Who Framed Roger Rabbit, produced by Disney.
