The title of the picture may have asked for a jolteon bearing its teeth, but this one still looks ready to attack. The lighning in the background, the sand, and the grass are all very goo. Your coloring scheme is also very good. The shadow and just how much you give to the running effects are also pretty good. The feet and the fur are very good too. This picutre gives meaning to the phrase, "you can run, but you can't hide. ' I would certianly hate to be its prey. There just seems to be so much anger, in its running...

But this is a great exception. I was caught by the interesting angle, and the great motion. The color scheme is very cool too.^^
