It's poetry from Toon Tellegen. Unfortunatly only Dutch (smart) people will understand. It means something like this: 
 
A line 
I pulled a line 
Until here 
I'll never go further than here. 
 
Wen I went further 
I pulled a new line 
and another line 
 
The sun was shining 
and everywhere i saw men 
And everybody pulled a line 
everybody went further 
 
I hope i translated it well ;)
