Maestro talks alot. But he has a good opinion and you are indeed talented. I agree about the contrast but other than that it's really good.

Hey, nice work - it DOES look like him. I think, with a bit of further practice, you will become a master of portraits!!! (My 2 cents: why not try some heavier darks - don't be afraid of them, they'll create greater contrast for you, which will really make your drawings lift off the page!!!)

BTW, I'm a musician/producer myself, and I happen to like quite a few numbers by Disturbed. I really like David's awesome hardcore vox, and I especially love his sudden transitions into mellow "melodic" breaks (like "My Mistress" on their 2nd album). It creates an awesome dramatic effect (once again - contrast)

Anyhow, mad props to you for drawing him!!! Keep it up!

P.S. Have you heard of Dark Tranquility - REAAALLY good band.
