Heh, like an anime-style Cosmo hasn't been done before.... 
 
Aaaaaaaaaaanywho, I needed a pic to start up my 9th page o' pics (yay me!) so I picked up an old picture from a random pile, and messed with it on Photoshop. Not great, but hey. It managed to kill about 3 minutes of my life. 
 
Anywho, who wants a donut? First one to comment gets my laaaaaaaaaaassst one!!! XP
