Good:
-Color scheme. I like how you used different shades of blue
-faces: anatomy, position, mouthes
-pose
-shadows. most people forget them

Bad:
-anatomy of the body is a little off. The wrists shouldn't curve so much. and there is a slight bump on the right side of her jaw
-white lines are visible from coloring

Overall: Great concept. You have somethings you still need to work on, but who doesn't?
