I think its pretty good. The thing wrong with this that stands out most is his nose shading under his mask. It looks like he broke his nose or something.

To help out, use a ruler and straighten out the edges

Also, his hand looks a little chubby-ish, so try and make the lines more strait rather then bulging.

And also, his nose-shading should end right where his left (his left, not your left) ear ends. Look at someone or yourself in a picture, and track out the position of the ear. The tip of the nose should be strait-across from the lobe of the ear if the person is looking strait forward, or in this instance, Kakashi.

And one last thing, his chin should be symmetrical to both sides. It needs to be more strait-edjed. You did his right (his right, not your right) side of his face fine, but the left side needs to be a bit more strait-forward as well.

I love how you did his eye, the shading, the mask (well, both of them...), and his hair! Its a very quality picture, just try to work out those things above, and you'll have this 'picture perfect'!
