Eh, yes. This 'she's not goth!' nonsense is rubbish. She is, indeed, a very cute gothic lolita. =) I love the color choices and clothes. It's also very refreshing to see a blonde 'goth'. Dark hair is quite stereo-typical, but I can't say anything since I have a real thing for black hair. xD; Ive got it myself.
You don't have to be dark haired to be goth. C'mon...I mean...that is really sterotypical. Also, Black and purple are gothy colors. ANd a few ruffles don't make it ungothy.
