Personality: At first glance, she looks just like a cute, well-<br />
behaved little girl who wouldn't even think of doing anything<br />
bad...But then again, she's Roy's sister, so we all know what's<br />
wrong there. She's actually quite a devious young woman who usually<br />
gets quite the mood swing. She can be very happy one second and<br />
crying and teary the next.<br />

When she's working she's takes her job seriously and responsibly<br />
since what she does could get her killed rather easily. She was<br />
never one to like paperwork, but she does it--though a litle<br />
illegibly.<br />

When it comes to interacting with others, it highly depends on who<br />
it is. To people she likes, she'll be all nice and cute, while to<br />
people she doesn't like she'll be....pretty damn evil. An evil only<br />
a younger sibling can do. She loves Roy, but...it's just too<br />
tempting to annoy him.<br />

school, made friends played with toys and all that.<br />

She had a brother, too, by the name of Roy Mustang who was well in<br />
the military by the time she started being schooled into alchemy<br />
herself. You can never have too many females in the military!<br />

Annie always wanted to see the ocean, but never really had the<br />
chance to, even was she was stationed near one. She wanted to go see<br />
it with Roy. After spending quite a bit of time out west, she<br />
decided that it was high time to see big brother after so many years<br />
of separation. So, she sent letters in advance to 'forewarn'<br />
everybody at central of her arrival...<br />

with her everywhere. He's like her partner of sorts.<br />
