I found the full panel where the card picture of his head and half-chest from my first version came from, so I made the body more along the lines of the way he looked, broader shoulders and chest, etc...
The hands, circuitry and tentacles are my own work without referance.
This is from when he first emerges from cryogenic stasis, (naked of course, thank goodness for well placed tentacles...), after thirty years of nice, peaceful sleep...so that he can wreak havock upon the world!!!MWAAAAHHHHAAA!!!!

He's 6'11", 425 Lbs, He's blonde with red eyes and chalky white skin (He's not an albino, he just has really white skin). He's a psychopathic mutant who was chosen to be a Russian Super Soldier, but the Russians decided was too dangerous to use, so they froze him for thirty years until a group of ninjas called The Hand thawed him out...of course, he betrayed them first chance he got. He emits a "Death Factor" that drains the life forces of those around him, which he used to survive, as he's not immune to his own power, and he can direct this through his carbonadium tentacles.
He has a grudge against Wolverine, Maverick and Sabretooth for stealing a chemical that would have cured him of his need to feed off of other's lifeforces (Why do heroes often deny dangerous villains the means to cure themselves and cease to be a threat, like Spider-Man constantly ruining Morbius' attempts to cure his vampirism?), but he seems to hate Sabretooth most of all...
I read that he was recently "cured", so that he can survive his own powers without vamping others, but he still does, 'cause he's a villain...
