You guys probably don't know these 2 characters, but these 2, Fiona (the girl) and Van (the boy), are from "Zoids: Chaotic Century". I used to LOVE this show, but sadly they took it off the air. The image (which I re-drew) and colors, are from a screen shot from the anime. This scene is from the first season, when they were still kids. I love Fiona; she's such a cool character! ^^ 
Oh, and a version of this done in color pencils may be coming up soon. ^^

i remember them! i loved Zoids Chaotic Century i used to watch it all the time
after i saw the very last episode it seemed to stop airing.

Oh man, I used to love zoids too. I still like it but miss it . I liked all of the series until they made stupid oids:Genesis, In my opinion genesis blows zoids way out of proportion, I mean, A liger must be fat! not skinny and a zoid does need a cockpit or form of climbing inside!

Anyways, enough of my angry rant. I love the pic and now that I see it it reminds me of that episode.. So cute....

I think they look fine (but that's just my opinion ^^;), but I can understand where you're coming from. When I do the cleanup for the line work (so it's just a black and white picture) before I color it can make the lines a little shakey.

D: I miss that show. Especially the first season. Didn't like Guardian Force very much, but oh well.

Anyway, the coloring's very lovely, and the picture is cute, but I think you may want to work a bit on the lines. They seem a bit shaky. (Then again, maybe that's a good thing, because if they were smooth, we may not be able to tell it from the screenshot xD )
