African Desi Species
This species was discovered in 1902 in the western area of the Serengeti. Little is known about this species except its curious behaviour and it's need to travel in packs. When it's not hunting for food, it's known to just lay about and play fight with other pack members.
In most packs, there are usually about 5-6 breeding females, 8-10 pups, and 1-2 males (if more than one, they are often from the same bloodline a.k.a., brothers).
Scientists still don't know, to this day, why this species had evolved to stand in an up-right position, but it has given them a new insight to a link between this species, and human-kind.

This is yet another entry for Strata's contest. I know the colours kind of suck but my scanner didn't do it much justice. I did do some adjustments, but I was afraid of it turning out worse. That is also why the pic is smaller than all of my other pics. I noticed it looked really bad in a bigger size. ^_^
