the neck at diff positions..i always find it strange how the neck can get longer or shorter(rearing back...grazing) since it is because their neck vertrabra curves. the ewe neck is a conformation fault..it makes it harder to control the horses mouth properly. it also depends on the breed (draft horse=short thick neck) (thoroughbred=long,slender neck)
hope this helps somewhat ^^ this will be the last of my tips..if you need help with anything just ask on my pro and i'll explain/draw it out for you :)

I copied this to my disk to help me with a dragon pic last year. But it didn't help. But last week it helped tremendously with a horse pic. It's been 7 years since I attempted to draw a horse, But with the help of this, I did a great job of it!!
