Tir-Ni-Nog -Rival Stallion-

This was supposed to be Spirit's dad, but since he apparently already has a dad, I decided to make it a rival stallion.<br />

Tir-ni-nog (pronounced teer- nah-noke) was brutally attacked as a one week old foal by a ravinous cougar. Both the cougar and his mother were killed during the struggle to save the colt. Badly maimed, Tir-ni-nog became a 'bummer foal', stealing drinks here and there from lactating mares who weren't paying attention, and suffering a smart blow to the ribs from the mares that were wise to him.<br />

Growing bigger and stronger each day, Tir-ni-nog eventually becomes the leader over the mares who kicked and hated him. Baring the scar of his battle many years ago, Tir-ni-nog is not satisfied with his herd and wants a challenge. The silver stallion sets out on his own to prove himself worthy to possess the lead mare owned by the infamous Spirit.<br />
<br />
Will Tir-ni-nog's built up rage and frustration be Spirit's downfall? Will this rival stallion claim Rain as his own and leave the once proud buckskin in the dust? Hell if I know. That's all I got XD.<br />

And, for those of you who were wondering, Tir-ni-nog (sp?) is, 'Land of Eternal Youth' in Gaelic. Got that from the movie, "Into the West". Good movie. I recommend it to any horse lover^^.<br />
