Who doesn't love Norma? Okay, she's a brat, yes, but, uh, she's okay sometimes.

Alright, I was listening to "Sparkling Diamonds" on the Moulin Rouge soundtrack, and I just heard that line at the top and *NORMA* popped into my head.

I really like how his came out, and I actually really like how I did the shading. I'll be experimenting with this type of style for awhile. Maybe.

Ooh. Stylish! I love the clothing. My only complaint is that you could have cleaned up the hand area a little better. You can still see old erased lines under the colours.
