I've always found that when drawing hands (one of my weak points as well) i pose one of my own hands and draw it from what i see. It's always helped me so there's some advice if you would like to try it

Pretty good, however, I think that the right (From the viewer's standpoint) hand's index finger should go farther down on the back

The only thing i can see that is kinda wrong it the forearm is a little bit too skinning. But that is depending on the drawing style you had chosen. but other than that it is pretty good.;)
