I made this picture while listening to music by Garbage. By the way, their music is very strange. I made her up for a story I think I'll write, sad thing is not many would like it, very graphic in the blood and killing. The girl's name is Twilight(go ahead shoot me for using such a stupid name, which isn't even a name) and she is the one who does the killing, did I say that it was 3 books about 3 different people? Twilight's one of them maybe one day I'll get the other two up here. Your probably wondering why it is only half of her, I was drawing the eye when I noticed that it would be perfect for her. I was drawing at the edge of the page, so I couldn't draw the whole thing. My friends on Neopets that go here know about my rp character Sakura and that is her outfit, and *sigh* Sakura is pretty much the opposite of her, though they look almost exactly alike! Oh, and I know it looks like crap, the damn scanner made it look worse! It got all smuged and stuff becasue of my eraser too! Oh well, it was my first time trying to draw a close up of her, the rest were just her head and only an inch big.

Congrats on pic of the hour!
Ya said in your profile that you'd like some drawing tips...so if ya now don't, just ignore me...
First of all, the porportions.
Twilight's forehead is way, way too small. Remember that the eyes are only 2/3 to 1/2 the way up the face. Also, the tops of the ears should start just about level with the outside corners of the eyes.
I've only got two quibbles about the body (for a relative beginner, it's very good). First, it's too small and short when compared to the head. Secondly (and it's a minor thing), the shoulder where the arm directly joins the torso should protrude more. Think of a skeleton...at that point, there's a huge knobby ball-and socket joint...

Annyways, keep drawing! You've got potential!

Wow..cool!

If you continued on at the angle (for the head) it looks like it may be a bit too small. (Not that I can talk when it comes to headshapes.) Also, if were to add a little more curve inbetween her chest and her hips it would look less...straight.
