It was anime...but I have a friend like this also, so that is why I chose to draw it in the first place. Yea she's a flirt...a very big one!! Why do you ask?

I was just curious. I think it makes a difference if you're using a photo an mimicing the expression/form, or if it's a cartoon and you're using the image itself.
