This is Burr-Burr Chan from Dragon Rider, one of the best (non-HP) books I've ever read. I think he's really cool-looking. He was a lot of fun to draw.

BTW, he's supposed to have four arms, the book even says so.(too many people have asked me why he has four arms... lol)
