I'm not too good at fan fiction stuffs, so I guess this is just a brief character bio (most of it is based on the real louie he is based on)... Here is everything u need to know about Lou the Blue:
10. He can control water and ice making it easy to attack in various situations.
9. He carries a jug of water on his back, just in case there isn't any around to attack with.
8. He's very close to his goldfish, Pistash, cause he likes pistaccio icecream.
7. "The Rascal King" Ricky is his rival, both of them being thieves in training and all.
6. He has a pair of shuriken that seem to have a mind of their own sometimes
5. He's pretty quiet and to himself most of the time.
4. He's the team captain of "The Bloo Dragons" and one of the 4 top students from the North. (Patrick, Ace, and Emerald being the other 3)
3. He gets stronger in the moonlight. (Water... moon... get it? xD)
2. He's not nearly as ebil as the real life "Louie"
1. Is being stalked by a bounty hunter who just happens to be his trainer(eventhough he dosent know)
