Weirdo let me design a lunar for her Inferno gang so here he is ^^

Hydro is a water lunar, and he lost his tail in a previous battle with their rival gang (Ohu was it?). I think he's cute ^^ I added the english-flag-thing on his wrist just because he looked plain, lol, and I'm hoping England win the world cup ;)

Oh, and for those who are still waiting for a request/ art-trade I have done them, but my stupid scanner disk-thing is lost somewhere cos the computer that the stupid scanner is plugged into wont work, so I might have to re-do them on MS paint :s

but anyway, please comment.
